DEI, CRT, and Anti-Racism

Are policies of diversity, equity, and inclusion fair? Helpful? Harmful? Is Critical Race Theory unpatriotic and a threat to freedom? Is anti-racism itself a covert form of racism? In this webinar, Professor Stackhouse clarifies these concepts briefly and then lead seminar participants to consider actual implications for the workplace and for school. Spoiler: DEI, CRT, and anti-racism policies can be helpful, even necessary. But some of what’s being marketed under those terms can compromise rights, breed racism, divide companies, and even wreck friendships.
